Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your city and location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000.
- A flat delivery charge applies to orders below that amount, shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will share tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues or high demand. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will follow up right away.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
