Our story
It began with one bad pair of earbuds
In early 2023 one of us bought a well-reviewed pair of wireless earbuds from a local marketplace. Eleven days later the right bud stopped charging. The seller blocked the number.
That is a story almost every buyer in Pakistan can tell. We thought the fix was obvious — import a small batch yourself, use them for weeks before selling any, and stand behind them afterwards. That first shelf in Saddar had exactly four products on it.
"We would rather sell thirty things we trust than three hundred we have never opened."
Three years on, the catalogue has grown and the warehouse has moved, but the rule has not changed.
How we got here
From one shelf to 120 cities
2023
Four products, one shelf
Started in a small unit in Saddar, Karachi with two earbud models and two cables. Every order was packed by hand and delivered by us.
2024
Nationwide courier and cash on delivery
Partnered with national couriers so buyers outside Karachi could pay only when the parcel reached their door. Orders crossed 10,000 that year.
2025
Our own service counter
Opened a walk-in counter for warranty claims and exchanges — no courier back-and-forth, no waiting weeks for a replacement.
2026
pulsar.pk goes live
Moved from social selling to a proper storefront, with order tracking, online warranty claims and a catalogue built around what people actually reorder.
Our standard
Nothing gets listed until we've lived with it
Every product spends at least two weeks with our team before it reaches the catalogue. Battery claims get measured with a timer, not copied off the supplier's sheet.
